Setu is the internal platform CrackTech's support team uses to answer students and customers of Live MCQ, Live Written, Medical Higher Study and Live Publications. It brings Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website and phone conversations into one inbox, alongside each student's account, follow-ups and support tickets.
