Setu is an internal tool for CrackTech Ltd staff. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who may use Setu
Only CrackTech staff invited by an administrator, signing in with their CrackTech work account. Accounts are personal; do not share them or let anyone else use your session.
Using it properly
- Use Setu only for CrackTech work: supporting students and customers, and the sales and operations tasks you are assigned.
- Students' and customers' information is confidential. Do not copy it out of Setu, share it, or use it for anything else.
- Follow CrackTech's standard operating procedures when replying to customers and changing their accounts.
Access and records
CrackTech may change your role or turn off your access at any time, for example when you change teams or leave. Actions in Setu are recorded for security and quality review.
Service
We work to keep Setu available and correct, but it is provided as is. CrackTech may change or withdraw features at any time.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
